Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days of receiving them. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.
We ship within the UK only as standard. If you are based outside the UK and would like to order, please contact us at kinmelhall@yahoo.com before placing your order and we will do our best to help.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
How to Return an Item
To start a return, email us at kinmelhall@yahoo.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will confirm the return address and next steps by email.
Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition with any original packaging where possible. We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will process your refund within 5 working days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a further 3–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.
We will refund the cost of the item. Outbound postage costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at kinmelhall@yahoo.com with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as mugs that have been used cannot be returned unless they are faulty. If you are unsure whether your item is returnable, please get in touch before sending anything back
