Placing an Order
By completing a purchase on our website you are making an offer to buy the goods described. We will confirm acceptance of your order by email. A contract is formed at the point we send that confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock or if there is an error in the price displayed on the site
Pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All payment processing is handled securely by our payment provider. We do not store card details.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days. Delivery times after dispatch depend on the service selected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other carriers once the order has been handed over.
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. If you require international delivery, please contact us before placing an order.
Returns and Refunds
Please see our separate Returns Policy for full details. In summary: you have the right to return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
Product Descriptions
We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings. We do not accept liability for such minor differences.

All content on this website, including text, images, and the Kinmel Hall name and branding, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or use any of it without our written permission
Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the total price paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other matter where limitation is not permitted by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
